What is Detox Diet ?

What is detox diet, A detox diet is a type of diet that involves consuming only foods and drinks that are thought to have detoxifying properties, with the aim of removing toxins from the body. This typically involves eating a lot of fruits and vegetables, as well as drinking plenty of water. Some detox diets also involve taking supplements or other substances that are believed to help the body get rid of toxins.
